By purchasing a spot in the workshop, the participant agrees that they may withdraw from the contract for health reasons no later than 48 hours before the workshop begins. In such a case, the amount paid will be converted into a credit that the participant may use for another workshop date of their choice. After this deadline has passed, the right to convert the amount into a credit expires.

The organizer is not liable for any health complications arising from a participant’s failure to follow the instructor’s instructions, careless behavior, or overestimation of their own physical abilities.  

The organizer processes participants’ personal data to the extent necessary for booking and conducting the workshop, specifically first name, last name, contact information, and information related to participation in the workshop. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
